Heaven or Hell

Today go jogging again. Wa no energy to run. Finished running 2.4km then bo lat liao no energy to continue le. Sian.... Then saw an old man around 50+ or 60+(me not good at gauging people's age) jogging i even more sian... I everytime jog will see him one. Think he everyday go jog... what more is that I usually run 1 round(around 5km) but he run more than 2 round i think... siao still can run faster than me some more....Makes me think of Hui Han that bian tai one....Hai....Wang Chen Mo Ji...so must train hard le.... hmmm cannot slack... wa then next week must start air alert again....siao liao... think of air alert i du lan....that time do until week ten le then i sick for one week... sway la break the momentum... hai must really jia you le... cos i want to dunk!!!
